Natives are funny. Growing up, Natives were the funniest people in Navajo comedian Joshua Emerson's life but when he decided to pursue comedy as a career, there were no Native comics to be found. That's when Joshua decided to produce the Native American comic showcase, Bad Indian, to develop and showcase Indigenous comedy talent. Bad Indian has showcased 27 Native comics from all over the country and has been produced in 15 states. It has been selected for the Netflix is a Joke Festival and SF Sketchfest.
